The type of test you’re having can change how you can view your results.
You can receive your test results by calling the Surgery and using Option 3.
Alternatively, you may also be able to see your results on the NHS App or on Patient Access.

Please note, is it your responsibility to check your results and make any necessary follow-up appointments based on your GP’s advice.
By Phone
Please call the Surgery on 01527 892418 and select option 3 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm to obtain a test result from reception. Most test results, including blood and urine, take between 3 to 7 working days to come back to the Surgery. Some x-ray results take between 2 to 3 weeks to be processed.
Sometimes the Doctor will suggest that you make an appointment to be given the result or that they need to speak to you directly. The receptionists will advise you if this is necessary. You can only be given your result once one of the doctors has seen it.
By the NHS App
Most test results are now available on the NHS App, as well as a whole host of other information and advice, especially Covid-19 related advice. The app can also be used from your browser on desktop or laptop computers. For more information, click the button below.
