Noticeboard

To prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVD-19), we are  moving all requests for appointments to a telephone triage system. Please ring us between 08:20 -10:00 am if you need medical advice for acute conditions. After the doctors call, patients who need to be seen in person will be given a face to face appointment. Please be advised routine appointments will take longer to address while we deal with the current situation.


UPDATE TO OUR PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION TIME


From Monday 23rd March


Patients needing to collect routine regular medications from dispensary will be able to collect between the hours of 12pm – 2pm


Please allow at least three days to process your request.


 

Sick Note Requests - If your employer is requesting a sick note and you are currently self-isolating, please print a copy of the letter below for your employer.

Deaf Crystal head sets are available for the deaf. Please ask at reception.
