NHS CCG Survey

NHS CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Groups) in Worcestershire are seeking patient views on how additional appointments at GP Practices should develop over the coming years. Would you like to help by offering your view? Please complete the Survey.

We are four General Practitioners in a Partnership, which is not limited, practising from a purpose built surgery situated in Astwood Bank and a small branch surgery in Feckenham.

We provide medical services to patients resident in the area and a map defining the area is on the wall in the waiting room at Astwood Bank.

Community Midwives

Provides all aspects of care and advice during pregnancy and following child birth. Appointments can be at made at reception.

Community Nurses

Provide expert nursing in your home both on a long term basis and after discharge from hospital. They provide an assessment of health needs and give advice on matters of health concern.

Health Visitors

Provides child health care advice and monitors child development.


Provides support to patients who are referred to him/her by a doctor.
